MUCORMYCOSIS,one of the black fungi,is now a public health problem in India.Mucor is a mold, and the spores are in the soil. It gets inside the body by inhalation.People with good immune system fight it without trouble.Diabetics or with”low immunity”:COVID,cancer,etc can’t fight it. It starts as sinusitis,nasal congestion, headache,eye pain& goes to the brain.Mucosa looks black.Treat with AmphoB
