Well: Chlamydia is more of a cervical infection not affecting the outer vagina, doesn't mean u don't have it, many have it without symptoms. Sx's do not include lesions at the vaginal opening. Try some Monistat but get screened if u think u could have chlamydia. Good luck.

Look under a microsc: Usually one can take a scraping from the infected area and put it on a slide and examine it under a microscope to determine what organism is causing the infection. This is done at a doctor's office or a walk-in clinic facility.
