Yes,but: Newer studies have shown a link between lower saliva ph as an indicator for reflux disease but this does not mean it applies to all. In other words, it depends on how you were tested and how often and at what times. Since the ph can vary it may fall within normal limits some of the time.

Reflux: If the reflux happens during the awake times it is probably due to the esophagus spasms, if during sleep you may have sleep apnea and need that treated asap. Either way see a dental sleep medicine expert or a sleep hycisian.
