Severe reflux all the way to mouth every day, but all tests (endoscopy, manometry, barium swallow, and brava) all come back as normal...what is it?

Can still be reflux: None of the studies you have undergone reliable diagnose reflux. The most reliable method available is impedance monitoring. A probe with several electrodes is placed in your esophagus. As fluid comes up from your stomach it coats the electrodes and completes a circuit which registers on an recording device. It can determine how high and frequent each episode is and is the most accurate test today
