Everything: I'm not sure what everything includes, but if you haven't seen your dentist about this, go. There are several possibilities that are dental related. Treatment for the type of reflux (if that's the case) like you're describing may require multiple providers working as a team.

Dentist?: Yes it would appear that seeing a dentist should certainly be part of discovering why you have a bitter taste and green/brown saliva. After a complete medical and dental history, a clinical examination and x-rays of your teeth and supporting structures, the dentist may have you consult with your own primary care physician.
