Everything: I'm not sure what everything includes, but if you haven't seen your dentist about this, go. There are several possibilities that are dental related. Treatment for the type of reflux (if that's the case) like you're describing may require multiple providers working as a team.

After a complete medical and dental history, a clinical examination and x-rays of your teeth and supporting structures, the dentist may have you consult with your own primary care physician.
