First of all, examine your diet. Try to eat low fat, non greasy, non spicy and small meals at night. and avoid eating for 3-4 hours before bedtime. Second, make sure you are drinking 2.5 liters of water daily, evenly spaced over your day and evening. Don't drink alcohol, caffeine or anything with tannins (coffee, tea or wine) in the evening. Lastly, if you are overweight, consider losing weight.
