Chest pain can becaused by a number or causes other than cardiac causes. We need to review the test results to make the appropriate diagnosis. The fect tha you were prescribed Nexium suggest a diagnosis of GERD. If you can forward the test result and follow up with a Gastroentrologist for further work up

If the chest pain does not resemblance to pain of reflux by your experience, you may have vasospastic angina and all the tests you have done may be negative unless you have a 12 lead EKG done at the same time you have the pain. If the pain mimics the reflux pain, you can try a higher dose of Nexium or add Famotidine (Pepcid). If not, please follow with your cardiologist for further evaluation.

It may be anxiety/panic disorder. That is a possibility if all other organic issues have been ruled out as panic is felt very physically often.
