Recently cardiologist completed a range of tests with stress echo. he was happy. why would i still get some chest discomfort and pain under my chin behind front of jaw. also breathless. causes?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the cardiologist who examined you was not able to address your health issues it would be impractical to do that in this forum. If you are not satisfied with the care, it would be prudent to see a different doctor. Wish you good health!
