Muscle pain or spasm: if the previous test results are normal and rule out blockages in the coronary ( heart) arteries, then there are several possibilities. A spasm could affect coronary arteries when a person Is stressed resulting in symptoms. The condition is called Prinzmetal's angina. A muscle spasm can also occur with stress as body tenses up.
