Probably the purpose must be to pool blood in the area. Though lots of things are talked about but not usually done. Most likely no harm is caused this time. Please be careful. Hope it helps.

I would suggest you try to convince your girl that what she wanted you to do is dangerous as demonstrated by what happened to you. If your pain is not better in a day see your MD or a Urologist
