Unfortunately, we cannot help with your medications. Issuing of prescriptions requires certain steps to take for the prescriber. It is best to call your doctor and request a refill. Your pharmacy may be able to contact your doctor's office to get an authorization if you call the pharmacy and request that your medication be filled. Try contacting both to expedite the process.

It is important to have your condition treated by same doc or office as many times adjustments are needed, prescribers have to keep proper documentation for legal and financial reasons. Prescriptions are not issued on the free Health Tap platform otherwise.
