Blood pressure : When checking blood pressure properly in a person should be sitting, resting, with their feet on the floor, in a quiet room for five minutes, and not eating or smoking at least 30 minutes. Blood pressure changes easily from several stimulants such as eating, emotional stress, smoking, moving, pain, illness. The management of blood is based on the collection of proper blood pressure readings.
