How likely is it to get broken heart syndrome during sleep paralysis from intense fear? what can be done to prevent this?

This is quite an unlikely scenario. Intense fear can precipitate a heart attack in those with significant coronary artery disease but this would not fall into the category of Takotsubo syndrome.
