On my 3rd week of healing from hysterectomy. i notice that i'm always hungry, especially ay night. is this a normal side effect? my surgery was big, vertical insesion and removal of a large fibroid. not sure if that makes a difference?

The large fibroid removal may have released the compressed intestines which now accounts for "normal" intestinal activity/hunger pains.
