A member asked:

Is it okay for someones heart rate to range from 42-192 in a day without a strenuous work-out?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Definitely, this needs to be evaluated, as potential cardiac arrhythmia may be playing a role. Unclear to me as to why otherwise, but if this is consistent, get a cardiologist involved.
