Yes. Normal: A resting heart rate in the low 60's to mid 50's is normal for a young active person. As long as your rhythm is regular (no skipped beats), your blood pressure is ok, and you are not having symptoms (such as lightheadedness) then you have no need to be concerned.

Yes: Sounds like you have an athletes heart! perfectly normal to have a low resting heart rate in someone your age who moderately exercises. Becomes abnormal if it suddently drops making you pass out or feel light headed so just watch out for those things.
