I don't know : What's your question but heart rate it's normal to me. Keep exercising and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid bad habits like smoking. If you don't drink(alcohol) do not start if you drink keep it moderate. Good diet with fruits and vegetables and 0.8-1.0 gr/kg of protein. Stay positive in life and look for help for your anxiety problem.
