Anxiety does not cause nose congestion which is usually an objective symptom (you say you have it and a doctor can detect it by hearing your voice or exam your nose). Symptoms of anxiety are subjective such as chest tightness which you feel. You likely have cold syndrome but Covid-19 infection should be ruled out if you are at risk.

First hunch is common cold, then COVID, then flu. But as your are asking about the issue I assume you got flu and COVID vaccination. If you did not listen to the science good luck and discuss with your Dr.
