Slight inflammation on the upper innercorner eyelid of one eye for 4weeks now,not going away after all treatments(warm compress/steroids/antibiotics etc),it is comp normal to touch,but my eye feels sore sometimes.doc says it will go away itself?

This sounds like a chalazion, and if so this will go away with hot compresses and oral fish oil tabs. If this does not happen suggest evaluation by an ophthamologist.
