I had a mole about a year ago that could potentially have been melanoma . i rubbed it off because i was scared . could rubbing it off potentially made it spread if it was indeed an early melanoma? what should i do? the mole hasn't grown back?

Consult dermatologist so they can look at every part of your skin. You cannot rub off a melanoma usually. So probably something else. If you took good picture show to the Derm.
