I rubbed off a mole that could possibly have been melanoma about two months ago. all thats left from the mole is a dark residue where it was rubbed off. could it have metastasized internally by now even though the mole hasn't grown back?

You need to see a skin doctor to diagnose your mole. A skin doctor needs to examine you to determine if you have melanoma or not. It is not typical to “rub off” melanoma but, to be certain, see a skin doctor and have the area examined. If there is any suspicion, a skin biopsy can be done. Best of luck to you!!
