Yes / no: If u look good & r happy wt lifting 4 tone is good. If u go 4 strength , & u trade muscle 4 fat u will gain some wt but look great. Size may go up. It's a good look tho. Check out a program from an at- c he/ her will b able 2 set up a program 4 ur wants. A little fat would look much on the picture which I am sure u don't want 2 look like, if u do there's a program 4 that 2.

Exercise + Diet: Weight lifting is an excellent way to burn fat while also building muscle. Cardiovascular exercise is a way to burn fat without building much muscle. However, the total amount of calories you take in compared the amount you expend will affect this as well.
