"Missing active pills and the full week" prior to the sugar pills will potentially allow spontaneous ovulation and the possibility of pregnancy. "Plan B" is not 100% protective as a contraceptive measure. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.

Possibly. Any missed pills allows for your body's hormones to recalibrate and allows ovulation to occur. Plan B may help if taken within 24 hours because it contains high levels of hormones that prevents ovulation and disrupts implantation of the fertilized embryo. Take a pregnancy test which can be positive as early as the first day of your missed period.
