Daily use: Birth control works best when used correctly -- one pill per day. If you miss a dose then you double up the following day. Typically this does not show a reduction in efficacy of the pill. Obviously it is better to take them daily. If you are having trouble remembering consider switching to an IUD or another nondaily method.
