Please : Please wait for two days and recheck a urine pregnancy test. If you still don't get your period, then you could be seen and have a blood pregnancy test which is more accurate. If you get pain, light-headedness, or vomiting, then you would have to be seen immediately.

HPT: You should not be pregnant if you have not had sex since your last period. You can always take a home pregnancy test when in doubt.
