Unlikely: It is unlikely but not impossible. Oral contraceptive pills are over 99% effective in preventing pregnancy if taken consistently. If you have been erratic with you use all bets are off. Birth control pills do not prevent stis, so unless you know your boyfriend is monogamous and free of disease i also suggest use of a condom.
