CT-No masses, nodules, effusion or infiltrate. Evaluation of the lungs reveals mild nonspecific dependent changes posteriorly in the lower lobes with mild interlobular changes not excluded. What does that indicate? Does that mean pleural thickening?
HRCT: Bilateral apical pleural thickening. Calcified Nodule with lobulated margins of 8x8mm at left lower lobe. Subtle bronchiectatic changes seen. No ground glass or pleural effusion noted. asthmatic since birth n had TB 5 yrs ago? Any concern nw?
