While wireless technology is said to be safe, there have been many research papers showing the negative effects of EMF exposure. 'Rouleaux' is a condition where your blood cells (RBCs) start to stick to each other, instead of freely flowing. Rouleaux is common with infections, inflammation, cancers, etc. I wouldn't worry about a few hrs/days of your habit but best to limit use to avoid Rouleaux.
