Many people i have read cope with migraine aura without headache and have over 6 or more a mth for over 30yrs which havent caused them vascular events without taking medication does the body get used to them?is it more inconvenience than danger?

Migraine: headaches are quite variable in their severity and clinical findings. Aura without headache is rare without medication however not unheard of. Some migraine disorders fade out or (eg Cluster Headaches) remit completely in late middle life ... Hope this is helpful Dr Z
