Hi, my throat is looking red from back, i am not suffering from throat pain, i am asthma person. never saw my throat like this, no fever, i am taking levocetirizine (5mg) + montelukast (10mg) one in night for asthma. is this throat infection?

Could be and almost always due to virus so antibiotics do not help. Show to Dr who will know what is going around in people like you who live in your area.
