No. The intraocular lens is on the inside of the eye, and the material is not hydrophilic, so it does not absorb water. Soft contact lenses are hydrophilic and anything excreted in the tears can get absorbed by soft contact lenses. Rigid gas permeable lenses should not be affected by pyridium.
