I've seen pc and urologist i have a tingle type feeling in urethra at the tip. urine , sti and std come back negative. what else can cause a random penile tingle it goes away and comes back every few days. i had a prostate exam as well maybe diabete?

Shock pain into tip of penis. Occasionally tickly like at same spot. Side of penis itches no lesions. Some pain at times in pelvis, scrotum and testicles. Std negative, normal urine test. Ultrasound normal. Cytoscopy normal. HPV cause this?
