I have a couple new white spots on the tonsil where i get tonsil stones, but off 5o the side of where the stones normally are is this anything to be concerned about and what could it possibly be?

There are many possibilities-it is possible the stones are forming in a different spot. If you have a sore throat, it is possible you are developing an infection. You should have your doctor examine your throat in order to get a diagnosis and treatment. It is difficult to know what it is without seeing it! Best of luck to you!
