Sometimes, it takes longer than 4-5 days for a fungal rash to completely resolve. So, if it is improving with the current cream, continue using it for 7-10 days, or until it completely resolves, whichever occurs first. If it does not completely resolve in 7-10 days or if it begins to worsen, then see your doctor. Best of luck to you!!
