A toddler who is not breastfed is at risk for COVID infection. It is up to you what level of exposure she sees. Unvaccinated people would be highest risk, but even fully vaccinated people are 90-95% protected. Thus 5-10% potentially infected. A hair cut is probably lower risk than a facial (wear your mask). Fully vaccinated does not mean invincible and does not mean impervious to COVID.

Even if breastfed, your toddler is at risk for contracting Covid-19 if exposed. We do not yet know if a fully vaccinated person can transmit Covid to someone else.Be cautious for your child's sake.Wear a mask when you cannot socially distance whether indoors or out(haircut is ok if you can do that);vaccinated people are lower risk than unvaccinated,so mask and distance;outdoor visits are best.
