Can a person still be exposed to, catch and spread covid to unvaccinated people if they've been vaccinated and have received both shots?

This seems to be an area of controversy, and appears to be another area of confusion which should be quite easy to ascertain. Immunologically, since the vaccines appear to work in up to 95%, that would imply any infective organism to be either destroyed or muted. Therefore, a true carrier state could not be infective to others. However, not proven yet, sorry to disclose.

I agree with Dr. Machanic that we still need to see what happens with this novel virus and new vaccine. However, please be aware that people who are elderly or immunocompromised may not develop as strong an immune response..
