Rabies Safe: Do you both want to interact, touch? If so, the fear of rabies ought not stop you. But PTSD can be serious and you may benefit from a bit of Tx - esp if you're also OCD. It would be nice to enjoy a cat - I hope you do! But do watch the allergies too, my cats need to stay outside.
