More details would be helpful. Seizures are managed according to the type of seizure and how well controlled the seizures are with the treatment. Avoid illness, treat fever and discuss the plan during an illness with Neurology. Is there a family history of seizures or other health issues?

Sounds highly successful and if levels are therapeutic, maintain dosing. Yes, other meds are possible and a VNS unit could used. Surgery if proven lesion that can be excised safely.
