Not sure I: Understand what you are asking. Antidepressant medications can often help with anxiety. Cymbalta (duloxetine) can be very effective for some types of pain control.

Can't answer: Based on the information you provided, i cannot answer your question meaningfully. Cymbalta, (duloxetine) in addition to being an anti-depressant, is a very effective nerve pain agent.

See below: MS "symptoms" can be caused by many diseases, and there is need to pin down diagnosis. Note you possess vertigo and nausea. Have you had full evaluation of your inner ears and vestibular apparatus?? You may benefit from visit to otolaryngologist. Maybe a second opinion??
