Ive had swollen painless nodes on the left side of my neck (submandibular area) for 5 weeks. got seen and my cbc showed a low wbc (3.0) and will get re-seen/tested in two weeks. what are possible causes?

The usual and common cause includes reactive lymphadenopathy. A viral illness or local inflammation/infection may be the underlying cause. Monitor your weight and temperature and report changes to your PCP. Re testing is indicated and an ESR may be included in the screening CBC, diff and plt test.
