Is prokinetic+ppi combination (omeprazole+domperidone) prescribed for increasing appetite by emptying stomach faster in clinical practice? i don't have reflux or gastritis.however i have been prescribed this after complaining about loss of appetite?

That is not a typical combo used as an appetite booster, it might have to do with possible associated symptoms. Talk to your prescriber about goals and duration of therapy.
