Can i still use my usual moisturizer over top of my antifungal cream? (diagnosed and being treated by a derm for ringworm on face but didn't think to ask). the antifungal causes some mild irritation and i thought moisturizer over antifungal may help?

Would suggest not using anything other than prescribed cream until current condition being treated heals completely. Fungal infections thrive in moisture and you may counter the intended effects of the antifungal cream by using your moisturizer. In case no progress or intolerable side effects to current antifungal, your derm remains your best reference and will need to be informed promptly.
