Have been prescribed an anti fungal cream for a small patch on face, but forgot to ask the derm, do i have to use it without any moisturiser? or should i apply moisturiser first?

You should apply it directly to the area without any moisturizer on it. Hopefully, the area will heal very quickly but fungal rashes can take some time. Good luck to you!!
