Exercise is a great healthy habit to have. Thyroid medication will not interfere with muscle building or strength training. Make sure you are drinking copious amounts of water/electrolytes to keep up with the loss in sweat, and remember to incrementally increase your new exercise regimen to avoid injury, soreness and strains.
