I have the pcos condition and have been taking metformin for around 2 months now. recently, i have also been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have just started taking levothyroxine. is it ok for me to take these two medications together?

Yes, Metformin is safe to take with Levothyroxine. Make sure to attend the follow up appointments with your Dr so that they can monitor your thyroid levels regularly and your blood glucose, etc. Eat a healthy diet low in simple carbs, rich in fruits, vegetables and lean meats/fish. Exercise daily, and drink plenty of fresh water.
