You may have asthma, especially during Spring time. Cough is a common early and benign symptom of bronchial asthma. Wheezing is another sign of asthma. You do not have shortness of breath yet so if you truly have asthma, it is still mild but it's time to see your doctor or go to the urgent care. There are some other viral respiratory disease which cause the same symptoms but not for three weeks.
