Neck pain on right side along with pain in the back of my head and in the right side of my sinus above my eye. i also have arm pain on the same side. i had a warm feeling in the back of my head earlier. what does this sound like?

It does not sound like any one diagnosis. It would be best to see a doctor to have this all examined better and more questioned asked.
