Context will be needed for a clear answer as many unknowns are playing in. For example if a different anticoagulant iv or po is started that will likely replace Eliquis or if any bleeding suspected, Eliquis will be on hold. Otherwise Eliquis should be taken the same way as Aspirin would not replace it. Your treating team would be best to clarify in your clinical context.

You should double-check with the physician who is monitoring your anticoagulation, but Aspirin and Eliquis have very different mechanisms of action and you probably do not have to interrupt your Eliquis because of a single dose of aspirin.
