If you are ambulatory, aspirin is not needed to cover the post-surgical state. There is risk to taking aspirin and you should discuss it with your doctor to rule out contraindications to aspirin. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
