Look in your stool to see if buoy can find which type of worm if you do not know. Ask Dr to test stool. There are good treatments but different ones for different worms.

If seeing worm like material in your stool for some time it is time to see your doc, either pediatrician or family doc to have your stool tested and receiving treatment accordingly. There are many types of intestinal worms and determining the type of infection will be critical in order to get the meds that will clear the infection.
